Part 2 of talk by Clark Cowden, Executive Presbyter of San Diego Presbytery, about managing change. He talks about three stages groups of people need to move through to move to a new place. The first stage is making an ending with what came before. We usually do this very poorly, as we rush past this in our excitement to get to the future. The second stage is the Neutral Zone, which we don't recognize we have to go through before we move into the new future. The third stage is the new beginning itself.
